Cornell Trace, designed for independent living, is a 58-unit patio home community and is maintenance free inside and outside. The spacious homes range from 1330 sq. ft. with a 145 sq. ft. enclosed porch to 1855 sq. ft with a 157 sq. ft. enclosed porch. Small units have a one car garage and the larger units have a two car garage. All residents have access to a beautiful clubhouse for a variety of activities.

Cornell Trace operates under IRS regulations which allow us to contract with the residents to live here and to buy back the unit at a minimum of 82% of the original contract agreement price.

A monthly service fee provides total interior and exterior maintenance to assure our residents care free living!
