Cornell Trace, designed for independent living, is a 58-unit patio home community and is maintenance free inside and outside. The spacious homes range from 1330 sq. feet to 1855 sq. feet and include enclosed porches and large garages. All residents have access to a beautiful clubhouse for a variety of activities.
Cornell Trace operates under IRS regulations which allow us to contract with the residents to live here and to buy back the unit at a minimum of 82% of the original contract agreement price.
A monthly service fee provides total interior and exterior maintenance to assure our residents care free living!
